Anna Marchi is a Senior Director for Phronesis. Anna leads the Phronesis’s business development pursuits in the European Union (EU). Anna specializes in advising and implementing the Phronesis strategic growth advisory offerings and specifically, the Phronesis bridging model to enable growth expansion for EU based corporations into the global marketplace. Anna has been supporting Italian SMEs and EU corporations from several business vertical to help them achieve growth.
Anna Marchi is a strategic advisor helping EU businesses expand and succeed in global markets. Her expertise connects companies, institutions, and opportunities to drive growth.
Anna acquired significant experience in the areas of market research and overall growth strategy, mostly in the wine, food and furniture sector, identifying new markets, business partners, accompanied companies in institutional meetings in Italy and abroad in order to enhance the uniqueness of the excellence of the Italian territory, and proposed products of the SMEs she was working with.
Anna has focused her efforts the past two years in Bruxelles as a strategic coordinator of meeting between EU institutions, public affair expert and italian associations in order to help formulate the business strategies of the Italian companies involved.
Anna has worked in the areas of advice and strategic support for companies with the main European institutions, including the European Commission, the European Parliament, the European Council, NATO, including the Italian delegations to these institutions and other economic and commercial realities operating in Europe.
She has completed her academic studies in Economics at the University of Verona, Italy – follow by a diploma of Policy advisor and project consultant at the International Master in European Studies- BE/IT Chamber of Commerce/Catholic University of Louvain.
Currently residing in Italy and working between Italy and Belgium (Bruxelles). Anna speaks Italian, English and French.
