Jerry currently advises Phronesis as a Senior Executive Advisor on overall strategic direction, global operations anddelivery. Along with Jerry’s advisory role with Phronesis, he recently was a senior consulting partner with TCS in theManagement Consulting (Consulting & Services Integration) practice. His practice focus includes performanceimprovement, application enabled transformation, and technology Integration. For the majority of his professionalcareer his industry focus has encompassed the broad range of Consumer Markets: retail, QSR, wholesale/distribution,and consumer packaged goods. In addition to consumer markets, Jerry has significant experience serving global clientorganizations in media and entertainment, telecommunications, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, medical devices,utilities, services and hospitality to name a few. Jerry has significant experience across all aspects of global enterpriseproviding business and IT strategy, solution alignment, process redesign, change management, and business systemsdelivery for the Global 2000.

Jerry was most recently a Senior Managing Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the Advisory Consumerpractice. Prior to joining PwC he held leadership positions with several organizations: KPMG/BearingPoint, ParsonConsulting, and Siemens IT Solutions and services (SIS). He was elected to the Partnership with KPMG LLP in 1993 andeventually became a Senior Vice President with Bearing Point. Jerry’s roles included leading the enabling technologyand ERP solution practices, while establishing and leading the global media and entertainment practice, and for severalyears he led the Consumer Industries Practice.
Jerry began his career with Kraft Foods working in distribution and traffic and production planning. He also served as ITDirector with Budget Rent-a-Car. He graduated from Northern Illinois University earning degrees in Marketing/Financeand Math/Computer Science.
