Jeffrey’s strategic growth initiatives have included global market expansion, innovation, media and marketing effectiveness,mergers and acquisitions, corporate integration, human resources and strategic alignment, manufacturing and supply chaingrowth, technology and big data strategy, operational cost alignment, change management, public-policy/regulatoryauthoring, corporate and ministerial governance.​

For over 25 years, Jeffrey has advised senior government officials, boards of directors, and C-suite-level clients on growthstrategies within existing and emerging markets by drawing on his cultural expertise across the Middle East and North Africa(MENA), Brazil/South America, the European Union, Latin America, the United Kingdom, Eastern Europe and IndoPacificenvironments.​

After founding Phronesis Group upon his departure from The Nielsen Company, Jeffrey was Managing Director and GlobalLeader of Phronesis BRG after a merger with Berkeley Research Group (BRG). Prior to the merger with BRG, Jeffrey ledPhronesis Group as CEO after the firms exit from Huron Consulting Group (NASDAQ: HURN) where he was the Global Leader ofthe Strategic Growth Advisory and Restructuring Group. Before the Phronesis merger for acquisition with Huron, Jeffrey wasthe Global Managing Director of Integration and Expansion for The Nielsen Company. Prior to Nielsen, Jeffrey was the Founderand Chief Executive Officer of CMG, a Global Integrated Media and Marketing Group until it was acquired in 2004. ​

Jeffrey enjoys skiing, all sports, cooking, learning/reading and travel with his wife, two college age daughters and watching hishigh school age son play competitive travel hockey.​
