Ken is a Senior Managing Director and Global Head of our Industrials and client service organization for Phronesis. Kenhas more than 25 years of experience in global consumer products across a wide range of categories. Prior to Phronesis,Ken served as the President of the Reynolds Foil and Cooking Business for Reynolds Consumer Products. In this role, Kenhad general management responsibilities for the Reynolds Wrap Aluminum Foil, Reynolds Kitchens Cooking Products,and the Reynolds International businesses. During his tenure, the Reynolds Business delivered record-setting results for 3consecutive years.
Ken is a results-driven leader known for transforming businesses and driving sustained growth. His expertise in operations and strategy delivers impact across global markets.
Ken has spent his career growing and transforming businesses of all sizes and building the necessary corporateinfrastructure to support that transformation. While at Reynolds he created and led the enterprise e-Commerce team,oversaw an operations modernization strategy, led multiple acquisition integrations, and launched commercial operationsin China and MENA. His global experience includes commercial activities, operations, and supply chain management. Inaddition, Ken has experience lobbying numerous government agencies and successfully petitioned the InternationalTrade Commission for AD/CVD duties on Chinese made foil.
Ken joined Pactiv (acquired by Reynolds in 2010) as a Marketing Manager responsible for the Hefty waste bag business inOctober 2005. Shortly after the merger between Pactiv and Reynolds was completed, he was appointed the Director ofMarketing for the Hefty business. In January 2012, he was promoted to Vice President of Marketing for the ReynoldsCooking Business, before assuming the President’s role in early 2015.
Prior to joining Reynolds, Ken served in various marketing roles of increasing responsibility for Georgia-Pacific and AccoBrands.
Ken earned his B.A. in Business Administration from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio, He enjoys skiing, cooking,golfing, traveling, and coaching his sons’ sports teams.
