Created a strategic plan and integrated data framework strategy to guide the development of a knowledge management ecosystem for a global CPG manufacturer to circumvent duplication and employee churn expenditures. Responsible for the strategy and development of an internal artifact value system, knowledge input portals for employees, and integration of internal social media insights to enable evolving learning for the knowledge system. Built stakeholder value and governance strategy that was accepted across departments within the company, including finance, operations, IT, marketing, and procurement. Governance of the stakeholders was enabled by a steering committee and overseen by the CEO.

The result

Effective decision support and infrastructure plan with execution to support thedevelopment and management of a global knowledge management system to solve a US$522 million annual expenditure. Designed and executed global structure to operationalizeand manage the global system which resulted in corporate savings via employee retention ofUS $47m in the first eighteen months after implementation.
